About the Role
Intertidal LA is seeking an enthusiastic, well-rounded Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a Client Experience Manager, you will work hands-on with our clients to conceive marketing stratgies and serve as their primary point of contact with Intertidal LA, ensuring a seamless client/agency experience. You will distill and delegate tasks to our copywriter and designer, as well as communicate key information to our Director of Operations and Managing Director. The Client Experience Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit creative team and make an impact on the diverse group of brands we work with.
Responsibilities:
Maintain communication between client and Intertidal LA
Create an enjoyable client/agency experience
Conceive client marketing strategies and calendars across email, social, paid media, and content creation
Distill and delegate client requests into tasks for copywriting and designer
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience with client communication in agency setting
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong business, marketing, and leadership acumen
Effective time management and communication skills
Acute attention to detail and sense of design
Maintain high standards in process and company-wide structures
Compensation + Term
Full-time role (option for hybrid in LA or fully remote)
To begin March 1, 2023
$60,000-65,000 base salary DOE
Semi-annual bonus
1.5% of agency revenue attributed to manager’s pod of clients
New client referral bonus
Project-based: 20% of agency fee revenue
Retainer-based: 20% of agency fee revenue for first 3 months
6 company-sponsored creative recess days per year
