Spa Adeline is a luxury spa with locations in Carmel, California. Undergoing rapid expansion, Spa Adeline needed a scalable brand and marketing strategy to implement across its locations and redefine the business’ key offerings for maximum impact.

We transformed Spa Adeline’s website to centralize all information, reduce friction, and refine its unique value proposition to align with its increasingly luxury appeal.

Intertidal LA’s marketing agency and brand studio hybrid streamlined the sales funnel to optimize highly revenue-generating partnerships with the local Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Highlands, and Quail Lodge resorts.

We developed Spa Adeline’s sales collateral, templates, and a digital back-end system accessible to concierges. This approach resulted in a robust, turnkey sales and marketing strategy, enabling efficient expansion and sales success.
